Light Touch Bodywork
Light Touch Bodywork is gentle and non- invasive therapeutic touch that signals the body to remember how to balance itself. Through Bowenwork, and other light touch or energy techniques WE CAN ACCOMPLSISH ....these sessions affect multiple layers within the body supporting a parasympathetic state in the nervous system and a reorientation towards homeostasis. While the touch and cues may be light, the work is deep and as such can continue to work for days beyond the session. It is great for reliving pain and soreness, connecting mind and body pathways, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, body balancing, bringing in meditative states, generating dynamic and healing responses in the body, creating space with in the body for better flow, reorganizing tension patterns and general resetting of the system towards well being. Plus, it feels incredibly soothing and fantastic!

Trance Healing Sessions

Trance Healing Bodywork is more shamanic in nature involves my entering into an altered state of consciousness where my personality is less involved and the healing energy channels through voice and my body. In this way higher healing is available on deeper planes and can support healing on soul level as well as energetic, emotional and physical planes. Time will be spent in preparing for the session including discussion of intentions and known or unknown issues on the table for resolving. Shamanic tools, oracle cards, smudge smoke, and a more sacred ceremonial format will be utilized. Additional integration time is built into these sessions for the system to integrate and also in talk processing integration post session.
